Be Thankful in everything.
It's easy to be thankful when things go right, but try being thankful when things don't go the way we want them to. Many times we cannot control what happens, but we chose how we react. Stop to think: Is this God, or your higher power, protecting you from what you cannot yet see?
Giving Back.
You can do your part by helping others. Giving an hour or two a week to charity helps your community and makes you feel great! You can volunteer at nursing homes, hospitals, churches, food pantries, you can babysit for your neighbor, or take out an elderly person's trash. Be creative and think of a way you can give back.
